You are cordially invited to the 26th Shun Hing College High Table Dinner. Please find the details of the event and the registration form below:
Date: Saturday, 17th March 2018
Time: Registration | 5.30PM – 6.30PM.
Cocktail Reception | 5.45PM – 6.30PM.
Dinner | 6.45PM – 9.00PM
(Please register at the registration table and be seated at the Loke Yew Hall by 6.40PM*)

High Table Dinner | Loke Yew Hall, Main Building, HKU
Dress Code: Formal/ National Costume** + Green Gown (UG)/ Black Gown (PG)***
Recommended attire:
Gentlemen – Black or dark-coloured suit and trousers, white or light-coloured shirt, tie/ bow-tie, black or dark-coloured leather shoes.
Ladies – Simple knee-length/ long dress OR shirt with knee-length/ long skirt or trousers, leather shoes.
| REGISTRATION LINK | *Attendance at High Table Dinner is required by Shun Hing College and will be evaluated during the readmission process. Late admission/ failure to check-in on the day will not contribute to attendance unless granted prior approval.
**To promote the cultural diversity of the College, we highly encourage residents to wear their national costumes to the High Table Dinner. Gowns are not compulsory with national costumes. ***Mandatory. Collection of gowns will be available to new residents on the day at the registration table. The deadline for registration is 11:59 PM on the 14th March 2018. |
