Shun Hing College Fitness Club aims to promote a new image of fitness and bodybuilding, the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop your musculature. As the famous quote says “30% Gym and 70% diet”, our club is designed to share the essentials of training, nutrition and rest with the amateurs. We expect to guide you to analyse the nutrition information labels, to arrange daily diet and training, and ultimately to bulk and cut in an effective way.
