Applicants shall receive separate emails sent to their HKU Portal email account for the offer of admission. Please carefully read all the information and terms in the offer and reply according to he instruction given before the specified deadline. If the acceptance of offer is not received by the deadline, the offer will be automatically withdrawn. Successful applicants who are not able to receive the admission offer email within two days after result announcement should send an email to General Office firstname.lastname@example.org.
If places have become available and you are considered for admission, you will be notified of the offer of admission individually via HKU Portal email. Students who do not receive email notification by 1 July 2014 may consider their applications unsuccessful.
If you wish to have your application reviewed, you may login to your HKU Portal and submit your appeal in the Hall Admission System. Your appeal form should be completed and submitted within 72 hours immediately following the announcement of results (i.e. by 14:59 on 26 May 2014). No request for appeal will be entertained after the deadline.
