Room Booking and Reminder

To book the room, please contact your floor tutor 3 working days before your desired time slot. To obtain an access card for function rooms (e.g., A-301), which are not not freely accessible to the public and are equipped with proximity readers, residents must present the booking record (a calendar screenshot provided by the floor tutor) at the 4/F security counter. If the security guard cannot recognize your booking, please contact the floor tutor who made the booking for you.

For all team and club events that involve usage of college technology (e.g. TV, projector, wireless microphones), organizers must test the equipment 2 days in advance. If you encounter any technical issues, please report them to the tutor in charge of the event or team. No last-minute on-site assistance will be provided.

For other enquiries, please contact your tutor and refer to the College Event Organization Guide.

Open Facilities on 3/F

A-301 Music Studio (09:00 – 24:00) has a range of audio and musical equipment. Residents can practice their instruments and record their performances in this dedicated environment. Booking required via floor tutors. To gain access, a screenshot of the booking calendar record—including the name, university number, and room number—is required at the security counter.

A-303 Commons is a multi-function space consisting of three zones (A, B and C).

  • A-303C (09:00 – 02:00, next day) is a break-out and socializing area which has TV and a treadmill.
  • A-303B (09:00 – 02:00, next day) is equipped with study tables and bean bags.
  • A-303A Multi-function Zone (09:00 – 23:00) is available with booking ONLY. It is open to booking by student teams and interest groups for activities such as talks, dance practices, and yoga classes. This area has four wireless microphones, a professional audio system and a projector. Please consult your team’s tutor-in-charge before booking this area for any purpose; any unauthorized use of equipment may result in disciplinary action.

Open Facilities on 4/F

The 4/F College Lobby (24/7) is a brand-new social and recreational space. Its open and flexible layout accommodates a variety of uses, from team activities and film screenings to public talks. A range of comfortable seating options offers versatility for casual gatherings and guest receptions.
