Room Booking and Reminder

To book the room, please contact your floor tutor 3 working days before your desired time slot. To obtain an access card for function rooms (e.g., A-301), which are not not freely accessible to the public and are equipped with proximity readers, residents must present the booking record (a calendar screenshot provided by the floor tutor) at the 4/F security counter. If the security guard cannot recognize your booking, please contact the floor tutor who made the booking for you.

For all team and club events that involve usage of college technology (e.g. TV, projector, wireless microphones), organizers must test the equipment 2 days in advance. If you encounter any technical issues, please report them to the tutor in charge of the event or team. No last-minute on-site assistance will be provided.

For other enquiries, please contact your tutor and refer to the College Event Organization Guide.

Please consult your team’s tutor-in-charge before booking this area for any purpose; any unauthorized use of equipment may result in disciplinary action.
